Washington Teachers’ Union invites retired educators to join its Retirees Chapter and participate in activities with former teacher friends, old and new.

Featuring guest speakers, resources and information, WTU’s Retirees Chapter meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 9 a.m. at the Howard University School of Divinity located at 1400 Shepard Street, NE in Washington, D.C.

WTU’s Retirees Chapter members are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities and trips that provide opportunities for fellowship, all carefully selected and scheduled the program chair.
